ARTICLE 2: PRICES

Prices are in the contract annex. Written notifications will be sent to the AGENCY regarding changes that will occur during the season.

The agency can use the prices it has received for the Domestic Market for foreign guests who make an "Online Reservation".

The hotel must inform the agency in writing of any actions and discounts it will make during the season (early booking, honeymoon, old age discount, etc.).

The agency can only announce and apply the discount rate notified to it by the facility…

100% refund for cancellation and refund requests up to the last 30 days, except for documented force majeure (death, accident, weather conditions),

For unexcused cancellations made 7 days before, a 10% deduction will be made and the remaining amount will be refunded.

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours or after the check-in day.

For date changes, the hotel must be notified at least 15 days in advance. Date changes can be made depending on the availability at our hotel.

There are no cancellations or refunds for unreasonable early departure requests during guest stay.

ARTICLE – 3; PAYMENTS

Payments for the guest's stay will be made to the hotel's bank account as the net amount after commissions are deducted, 72 hours before the guest's check-in date.

Early Booking period; The hotel determines the periods regarding the early booking period and notifies the agencies in writing at which price period they will sell.

During the early booking period, the facility sends the prices to the agency with a non-cancellable policy and requests payment after making the reservation.

The hotel will prepare the invoice in ₺ after the guest's check-out and send it to the agency accounting service.

3.4. Kick – Back Ratios,

2% on the reservation accommodation figure of 300,000 ₺ – 400,000 ₺,

3% on the reservation accommodation figure of 400,001 ₺ - 500,000 ₺,

4% on the reservation accommodation figure of 500,001 ₺ - 600,000 ₺,

600,001 ₺ - Above will be processed as 5%.

ARTICLE – 4; AGENCY WEBSITE ADVERTISING PUBLICATIONS

Upon signing the contract, the Agency will provide free membership in exchange for the service of featuring the Hotel on its website.

The hotel's advertisements are always included in the front rows / pages on the agency website.

It undertakes to bring guests that meet their qualifications to the hotel, to make regular payments, and to provide regular guidance and reservation services.

ARTICLE – 5; OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL

It is obligatory to notify the agency regularly about Stop – Sale dates. The hotel will send written notifications to the reservation contact email in section 2.

The Hotel accepts and undertakes to maintain its physiological state and provide the same quality of service during the validity of the contract, in accordance with the letter given to the Agency by the Hotel stating the Hotel's qualifications. The hotel undertakes that there will be no service defects, that rooms will be allocated in accordance with the sales made and under the conditions specified in the sales, that the features specified in the document issued by the hotel competent authorities and government institutions are the same as the facility features offered to the agency, and that the agency will be notified of any changes.

In cases of declared or undeclared war, political demonstrations, riots, general strikes, natural disasters, epidemics and other compulsory situations that cannot be fully listed here (which may occur in Turkey and outside Turkey), this protocol is the unilateral decision of the Hotel in which the Hotel declares its will to terminate. At this time, this contract comes to an end.

In legal disputes between the Hotel and the Agency, the duly kept commercial books of the Hotel and the Agency constitute conclusive evidence. Any legal disputes that may arise between the parties regarding this protocol.

It is obliged to fulfill our obligation to enlighten the issues within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) regarding all personal data of all persons associated with BİRUN HOTEL.

ARTICLE – 6; OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACT

Changing any article of this agreement or adding any article to this agreement is only possible with the written agreement of the parties.

Each Party may terminate the Agreement unilaterally at any time by giving 60 days' notice.

If a Party fails to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, delays in fulfilling it, or violates any provision in the Agreement, the other Party sends a written notice to remedy this situation for a period of time. If this situation continues at the end of this period, the other Party may terminate the Agreement unilaterally. may terminate it.

ARTICLE – 7; ADDITIONAL ISSUES IN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

This agreement consisting of 7 articles is valid for 1 year after the contract is signed. In case of dispute, Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
