  • Working hours comply with national employment laws.

  • All employees are provided with the following benefits: free uniform, free laundry service, one free meal per day, and accommodation.

  • All employees receive proper introduction orientation information, especially new staff.

  • All employees receive the correct training and have opportunities to develop skills and advance in their careers.

  • All employees are treated with respect and fairness, and employees are NEVER subjected to any harassment or intimidation.

  • The minimum age to start employment is 18.

  • Employees are allowed to plan and conduct meetings together during working hours without the participation of management.
